Abstract Guidance

  • Use materials provided on the CINRG website as guidance on how to include CINRG data and acknowledge CINRG sites, investigators, etc.in preparing your abstract
  • Use the CINRG CPS Authorship Verification & Abstract Submission Form to submit your meeting abstract to the CINRG Publication Subcommittee (CPS) through cpsrequests@trinds.com at the same time as you submit your abstract to meeting organizers for consideration of presentation at a scientific meeting
  • Alert CINRG CPS through cpsrequests@trinds.com once your abstract is selected
  • One month prior to the meeting date, CINRG CPS will send a reminder to submit your final presentation to CINRG CPS through cpsrequests@trinds.com
  • Submit your final presentation materials (poster or platform slides) to CINRG CPS through cpsrequests@trinds.com 7 days prior to the meeting for a required CINRG review

Best Practices for Writing Abstracts

  • Follow the meeting guidelines for structure and word count
  • Make abstract clear and concise
  • Properly reference the use of any CINRG data and confirm that up-to-date CINRG enrollment numbers, etc. are included
  • Obtain approval by all co-authors
